With over 90 locations throughout New Hampshire making it one of the largest retailers in the state, and a major contributor to the state’s economy. We knew we needed to evolve the brand from not only within the state but also surrounding states. The focus was on digital engagement, including an award-winning app. While we continued to develop the sales creatively, we also worked to grow beyond price-only competitiveness through stronger contextual advertising and engaging social sweeps. Sales increased over 10% in the first year, all from an app that required no download by the user.
